What is the best way of not making myself angry? that is not making me feel *******. it includes not reading the person's blog or anything. Sigh. need to ovecome this problem soon.

I'm back from vacation. Our trip was about 14 hours to get home.

Sounds like you are doing good with your running. I need to exercise more.

Well I have a lot of stuff to do the rest of the day, laundry and house cleaning.

haha. it is so nice to hear from u aagain! i m not doing very well nowadays. emotion change alot. sometimes i would lose control of it.basically, i m not very happy. sigh. how about u? the trip is fun?

The exercise should help your mood. I would write more, but I have to go into work early and I have to move faster than I am now to make it.
